Staff
This staff handbook is the internal reference for MineRaze staff expectations, access levels, commands, escalation rules, and punishment handling.
If you are unsure how to handle a situation, pause, gather evidence, check history, and escalate to Senior Staff or Pacific before acting.
Confidentiality notice

Punishment Guidelines

Check history, confirm evidence, post every punishment with evidence in #punishment-logs, and contact Senior Staff if the rule or situation is not clearly covered. The server auto-bans at 10 warnings. Warnings expire after 3 years.
1.1 Cheating / unfair client advantage
Hacked clients, X-ray, aim-bots, autoclickers, automatic fishing, macros, unfair schematic use.
Always reset in-game ranks, balance, and all Jobs levels. Flying in parkour = immediate permanent ban. Contact Pacific for partial reset.
1.2 Exploits / dupes / server-feature abuse
Bug abuse, duplication, chunk-limit bypass, unfair manipulation.
Severe cases may jump straight to permanent ban.
1.3 Alt abuse for rewards
Alts used for Dungeons, Quests, Parkour, Daily Llama, Minions, or Events rewards.
Allowed alt uses: voting, rank kits, automatic playtime rewards, chunk loading, Haldor the Generous.

Contact Pacific to arrange a full reset.

Staff FAQ
Can I punish without evidence if I am sure?
No. Punishments require evidence. If evidence is unclear, keep observing or escalate.
Should I use silent punishments?
Only use -s when punishing an offline player, according to the command notes.
What if I do not have permission for the correct punishment?
Apply the maximum action within scope only when urgent, then escalate with evidence and context. For IP advertising, stop the advert immediately in whatever way your role allows.
Can I handle a case involving my friend, townmate, or someone I dislike?
Prefer to recuse yourself. Hand the case off if you cannot be impartial.
What if a rule is not listed here?
Reach out to Senior Staff or Pacific to assess the situation before applying serious action.
