Patch 8.12 - Questlines, Scrolls & Titles

A new set of progression updates has arrived, focused mainly on quests, long-term rewards, and new title goals to chase.

This update adds a new monthly Enchanting Scroll Quest for Transcedent+, two new Barrel Questlines, a new Archaeology rune, and a new Banana Man quest for players who are somehow still willing to collect even more bananas.

📜 Monthly Enchanting Scroll Quest

A new monthly quest has been added for players who want a more reliable way to earn an Enchanting Scroll.

Instead of relying only on luck, players can now complete a monthly quest to earn a guaranteed scroll.

This quest asks you to collect a large amount of vanilla experience levels and Badges of Justice, giving Heroic Dungeons another useful long-term purpose.

The quest requires:

  • Transcendent in-game rank
  • Vanilla experience levels
  • Badges of Justice from Heroic Dungeons

Reward:

  • 1x Enchanting Scroll

This quest can be completed once per month, giving active players a steady way to work toward powerful enchantment progression.

📦 New Barrel Questlines

Two new Barrel Questlines have been added:

  • Food
  • Colors

These work like the existing Barrel Questlines. Gather the required barrels, deliver them in order, unlock the next step, and progress through the full chain for stronger rewards.

Both questlines reward Heirloom currency along the way, including Veiled Crystals and Ruby.

🍞 Food Barrel Questline

The new Food Barrel Questline focuses on food, cooking, and market supplies.

You will deliver barrels of bread, cookies, pies, cakes, soups, fruit, cooked meat, golden foods, and other feast supplies.

Questline steps include:

  • Bakery Bundle
  • Sweet Kitchen
  • Orchard Stores
  • Butcher Feast
  • Golden Banquet

Completing the Food Barrel Questline rewards Heirloom currency and unlocks the new SNACK title.

🌈 Colors Barrel Questline

The new Colors Barrel Questline focuses on dyes, wool, glass, concrete, terracotta, coral, froglights, and other colorful materials.

Questline steps include:

  • Pigment Gathering
  • Textile Workshop
  • Festival Glassworks
  • Concrete District
  • Chromatic Wonders

Completing the Colors Barrel Questline rewards Heirloom currency and unlocks the new FABULOUS title.

🍌 New Banana Man Quest

The Banana Man needs even more bananas.

If you have already completed his first task, you can now continue the banana grind and deliver another 500 Bananas for a shiny new reward.

Reward:

  • BANANA title

If you have not completed the first Banana Man quest yet, complete that first, then return with another 500 Bananas to unlock the special title.

🏺 Archaeologist Rune

A new Archaeology-themed rune has been added: the Archaeologist Rune.

This rune increases the drop chance of every Archaeology drop by +10%, making it a strong long-term reward for players who spend a lot of time with archaeology content.

The Archaeologist Rune can be found in:

  • Archaeology Crate (permanent)
  • Titan’s Crate (until August 31st)
  • New Archaeology Merchant at the archaeology area.

This is a focused rune for players who want to get more out of Archaeology progression.

🌍 Final Notes

This update gives players more long-term quest goals across several parts of the server.

Run Heroic Dungeons for Badges of Justice, work toward your monthly Enchanting Scroll, complete the new Food and Colors Barrel Questlines, chase the new SNACK, FABULOUS, and BANANA titles, and look out for the new Archaeologist Rune if you are working through Archaeology.
